Finding Joy and Happiness in my life again despite having an adult alienated daughter now age 21 and an adult alienated stepson nearing age 40 for the last 15-1/2 years has always been a challenge but that doesn't change the fact that needing & wanting Joy & Happiness has always been the goal. I know how important it is to my own well-being & quality of life mirroring that same importance for my daughter and stepson to see their Mother and StepMother have Joy & Happiness like they once knew.
